You have got to be kidding me.  Yoga is great therapy and I fail to see how it detracts from practicing a faith.  One more pastor wanting his 15 minutes, eh?

I attended a Southern Baptist service in Joplin several years back and the pastor there warned the congregation that if you performed yoga you were "playing with fire". Didn't go back.

I am Roman Catholic, but I was raised Southern Baptist. I just wanted see what my old religion was up to. Looks like I made the right call.

Edit:  No disrespect intended to any Southern Baptist folks. It's just not for me.
