I had lunch there today and really liked it.  They have an all-you-can-eat buffet, but the interesting twist is it's all Mediterranean food.  I'm not a buffet fan, but everything is served from the other side of the sneeze guard and it seemed to attract lots of Middle Eastern people which is a good sign, not the usual feed bag crowd you see in many Chinese troughs. 

The bakery and grocery next door has many Middle Eastern staples & spices at very, very reasonable prices.  The fresh pita bread is to die for.

Overall, I'd rate it at a B+/A-

Price came out to $10.80 for a buffet and drink which I thought was a good deal for fresh-cooked ME food.

Sounds like I may have to try it, although now my lunch partner (who is also my boss) just got back from lap band surgery (he's 5-6 and weighs nearly 400 pounds) so I'll likely start losing weight too...I'm about 6-0 and about 240.

I highly recommend a Mediterranean diet.  Cut the sugar, use good fats like olive oil, limit preservatives.  The meats I had, beef and chicken were both pretty lean.  Main thing with this place would be self-regulating your intake.  That's kinda hard when the grub is pretty good.

Good to hear there is a restaurant there.  Sooner was always a mess.  Almost as bad as El Charro in Claremore!

Sooner was good if you didn't mind par-boiled ribs. Sun and his wife were nice people but the BBQ was pretty forgettable

Forgot to mention, you can buy a hookah in the Al Sultan market. That ought to make you happy Heir

Nice people yes.  Lousy food.  Haven't been there since about 2003.

I had a really great "hookah" once.  It was really a very large test tube with a rubber stopper and tubing.  It was 4 feet long (tall) and about 5" diameter.  1/2" thick glass - Pyrex.  Huge.  Fill it with ice and water and it was a great water pipe.  Used to get a really great pipe tobacco that had a hint of black cherry flavor that was dramatically enhanced by using the water pipe.  Or bong for those who don't know what a hookah is.
