Hey guy's and gal's.
I work for a small company who doesnt do a Christmas party.
I worked at a large company for 12 years and they always had a huge party every year with bonuses and door prizes and over night stays at Hotels like the Doubletree.
Most of the time with a theme. I miss those day's.

So here goes. What kind of Christmas party are you having ?
I need to live vicariously thru you.
Changing opinions one mistake at a time.

I rented the Dilly Deli for my company Christmas party. They are great to work with and affordable. I bought dinner for 140 people and gave away cool hoodie sweatshirts with the company logo on them. We also had dozens of door prizes.

I own a company that does Christmas Parties as our business, plan, execute and provide many fun extras for them..so far we have been part of 25 Christmas parties with 5 more this weekend..needless to say we are ready for other events come January!

We do a Christmas Party at the French Hen (it was last week).  Eat well, play Christmas trivia and do a Dirty Santa (not Sanchez) gift exchange.

My SO's employer had a christmas party at the boss' house. They used to rent nice places like the fire alarm building, but business has only been fair-to-middling the last few years, so they cut the extravaganza.

One of my clients did black light bowling and indoor electric go-karts this year. They rented out the whole bowling alley and hired a party bus to take everyone from the office to the venue and home afterwards, since they're the sort of folk who treat drinking as serious business.

I once worked for a company that handed out a big ham to each employee at Christmas.  That was my first year.  The second year, they gave each of us a canned ham.  But the third year capped it.  They laid off most of the employees the week before Christmas.

May you live in interesting times.

When I was at the casino they gave out a turkey to every employee and then threw a Christmas party at the race track.  The party had a dance floor and karaoke and a bar.  Problem was, they always stocked the bar with really cheap well liquer, and couldn't get a decent drink out of it.  They had door prizes, but didn't have to be there to collect if you won.  I managed to not win anything for four years running.  Always found it suspicious that the upper management managed to win the things like the big screen plasmas.  I stopped going after the second year, but the stories that came out of it never changed.
