Bamboo Cafe - 51st & Yale

So I have been watching the money pour into this little corner space with only two ways in on a busy four way intersection with street divider right down the middle next to a Arby's in a strip mall that is dead after 6pm...why is it that I am sad to think this location isn't the best for a Bamboo Thai Cafe..they put some major time and money into the place..

Have you been yet?  I'm planning on trying it soon, I work nearby.  If it's good it will do well, that is a highly visible location.
