Carb up.  Moving day's coming isn't it?

Dude, I'm already "robust".  The auxiliary fuel tank would probably get me to L.A. on my mountain bike right now.

Besides moving day is still about 8 weeks or so out.

I don't share my thoughts because I think it will change the minds of people who think differently.  I share my thoughts to show the people who already think like me that they are not alone.

So this truly is the ground floor of the franchise. I hope for them it reaches National status.

I would open one on 15th street near Utica. There is a lot of people who work for the two hospitals and it would attract the Cherry Street dining crowd as well.

The first of the Dallas locations opens today.  There are several more planned throughout Oklahoma, Texas, and Missouri.  Agreements have also been signed in other states and locations are being evaluated.

Probably can't be considered "national" until one opens in California. . .give it another year.  ;)

An operations consultant flys out to Abu Dhabi next week to train the staff at the first one in that country.  That location will feature meats, cheeses, and toppings popular with the indigenous cultures and religious requirements.  Who knows where Top That! will go after that?  Perhaps Europe, Africa, South America, Canada?

The franchise package is extremely affordable and the business model is far more appealing than other franchise offerings.  Low overhead, healthy profit, and the ability to really help communities through constant and diverse charitable giving programs, and the freedom to incorporate local flavors and products.  It's really Pizza With a Purpose!

Where would you like to see one?

Who is handling the franchise marketing and business end for them?

I wondered.  So David finally has a runaway success.  I wonder how franchising of Caz's and ITR are going.

Finally made it to Top That today. I really like the simplicity, quickness, and overall quality. My son finished his kid's pizza in no time.
Someone get Hoss a pacifier.

Where would you open a Top That! Pizza?

Moore, Ok, on I-35, at 19th street - the restaurant row there - both sides of street.
