Looks like the opening of the drive-in will be pushed back to 2012, Smith had problems getting permits and going thru red tape.

I hope everything works out. Smith had to get a study done to see if the drive-in was in a flood zone and then get a permit. I guess he also had to get a permit from the EPA to insure nothing will be harmed and no animal will lose it's home. The steel has just been ordered so it'll be awhile before we see any flicks there. Smith got a $400,000 loan and plans to re-do the rest rooms, snack stand and ticket office.
