Anyone heard about the female bank robber today that was on her cell phone. And stated she was kidnapped and there was a bomb in her phone and the man would blow it up if they didnt give her the money ?
Pretty clever, much better than a note.

Saw that.  Why would she wear the hat and dark sunglasses?  You'd think she'd want to be recognized as quickly as possible.

The Police think this was one of the two guys that had committed several robberies by impersonating police officers.  Good he is off the streets (permanently) but his buddy in the white van is still on the loose.  Sucks someone was killed during that craziness yesterday.

About 100 guns were recovered from a house in north Tulsa, and turned over to the Osage County Sheriff.

The story now is the shooter wasnt able to get his medication after being released from prison.

Yeah, and someone probably yelled at him when he was a child.
Quotebut mom and sister both say the State of Oklahoma should have done more to help Hamons get back on his medications when he got out of prison back in September.

"I think it all could have been avoided," Hurst said. "Nobody would have [gotten] killed, you know. I mean, yeah, he might have made another mistake and went back to prison, but nobody would have [gotten] killed."

While she says she feels terrible for all that her son did, she says something needs to change in the prison system to help guys like Billy adjust to life on the outside.

Call David Garrett, he'll know what to do!

Slightly off topic, where did Abbie Alford get her journalism degree from? Reading that article made my head hurt from the mistakes in it. I know I'm not the best but, that story needs help.

What really got me (just as I figured) as the story unfolded- was the gunman had a long, long record- How did he get out of prison so soon for his other felonies? He had all those past felonies and was released from prison- the gunman was only 31 years old and had a felony criminal record up to the moon and there he was back on the street. Pardons, Parole boards, concurrent sentences, plea bargans, and  weak bleeding heart liberal judges are all to blame. If he had still been in prison none of this would of happened. There is still that white Astro Van on the loose. I wonder when that guy got out of prison and how long his criminal record is. We need to keep the violent people like that locked up.

Doesn't matter if she can report/write...it is what she looks like.

That's what happens when you mouth press releases and call it reporting.  She needs to learn to use more than one source, especially when that one source is government.
