Blue dome diner sounds like a good option for them.

Actually, the space just adjacent to it will hold 250 people and it had a bar set up as I recall.  I went to an event there a couple of years ago.

The place you want to look at is on Frankfort, its a camping store on the 3rd level there is an open warehouse space they use for taking photos . MyPhotoStudio is the name of the place...the other places listed here are far from warehouse other than the broadway....this is an open floor plan space

I've been in that space.  Its pretty cool.  Really cool old freight elevator in the back.

I know a developer who had a great plan for that building and the buildings north of it all the way to Eleventh St.  It would have been so cool if they'd pulled it off.
