I didn't know this thread was about you, Guido. Perhaps I missed something.

But I've said before that we aren't afraid of these conservative women.  It's more a perverse fascination, a wonderment that so many ostensibly rational people would fall for their rhetoric.  It's like we're all speaking English, but the words have different meanings for different people.  

Does anyone really believe that the Republicans lost the last election because they weren't conservative enough?  The tea bunch is dragging the party further to the right, guaranteeing that they'll lose this next presidential election too.

Yeah, the tea party was a real drag on republicans last November.  And how is thread about me? Because I mentioned my foster parent history and how ridiculous the notion is that foster parent's are in it for the money as the loony left thinks? What's wrong with that? Unless you likewise believe that damnable lie.

As for your perverse fascination, it must be because you guys seem to focus on just conservative women. There are just as many, if not more, men that share/espouse those godawful conservative views. Where are the multiple threads criticizing men like Boehner, Paul Ryan, Jim Demint, Rand Paul, etc...?

For what it's worth, I know both foster parents and someone who adopted several kids from DHS. They all have stated at one time or another it's a fantastic deal financially, so long as you don't end up with one or more hellraisers. I have no problem with this, and anyone who does is an idiot. We should make sure there are incentives for taking in kids in need over popping out your own.

Let's see, who else does this? Yeah, I remember, all you folks that bash the tea party over the conduct of one participant.
