After the ignorance at the beginning she starts in on the Dept of Education.  And promptly shows how profoundly ignorant she really is.  The Federal Dept of Education was actually started in 1867.  And over the years changed dramatically to encompass and adapt to the changes in our society in that time.  In 1980 it was made into a cabinet level agency.  And she as well as others of the jokers and clowns club want to eliminate it.  These people just can't stand the thought of anyone becoming more intelligent than they, so they want to impede if not cripple the effort to advance education in this country.
