I know that McNellie's has the best selection of beers in Tulsa and El Guapo is a tequila bar as much as it is a restaurant, but I don't drink much of them liquors.

Lo and behold, I went into Blues Alley BBQ last night and was surprised to see that they have 13 different premium bourbons on the menu. They sell Knob Creek 9year and Knob Creek single barrel. They serve two different Four Rose bourbons and the excellent Maker's Mark 46. They also sell Booker's and my favorite bourbon of all time, Baker's.

Good bourbon is for sipping.

Thanks, Blake.

You said "knob" twice.

Sorry. But seriously, I need to get out from under my South Tulsa rock and get down to his restaurants. Not quite the same watching Joe Mommas on MvF. I did hit his place when he was in midtown at 61st & Mingo. :)
Someone get Hoss a pacifier.

If you think 61st and Mingo is midtown you really need to get out more

I was kidding. Being at 111th & Memorial, 61st & Mingo is midtown to me. And yes, I do need to get out more.

I was thinking we should do a TulsaNow happy hour again.

How about we pick a night and do Joe Momma's happy hour? His half priced appetizers are a great deal and he does have a full bar...
