Wow! Almost two-thirds of respondents favor "Cut, Cap and Balance."

Yet when you ask them if they favor a solution that includes only tax increases, only spending cuts, or a balance of both, a plurality choose both, by about 10 points over spending cuts alone. So no, people don't favor cut, cap, and balance. Polls have repeatedly shown that the public wants both.
