Well we've got a thread where everyone seems to share the same opinion.

Not very eye-friendly.  Would definitely fail a vision-impaired usability test.

Yea, the light blue lettering could perhaps use some darkening.  The rest of the colors look a tad bit off as well.  Something doesn't seem right.  Perhaps its the really pale pink background thats throwing the color scheme out of kilter?  The pink goes ok with the blue, but it goes blech with the yellow.  The green is also perhaps a tad off from going well with either the blue and pink or the yellow, its trying to do both but not quite there. The gold color is desaturated, the green is desaturated, the light blue is not as desaturated. Then you still have bits of the old purple/blue here and there (in the quotes and the "Now Gets New banner"). It's like there are several soft (which makes it tricky to balance) color schemes going on that clash.  Pick one color scheme and go with that lol.

Except on this particular thread of course.  If you change this thread we'll look even more foolish than usual.

Oh, there it goes.

Just as well.  The other colors were giving me the pee shivers.

Admin

Sorry, can't do it thread-by-thread

Thank you...I don't like the feeling of being high when I'm not! ;)

It will be changing, but there are some kinks to work out in font colors and sizes before it goes live. That version had a lot of non-contrasting colors and font sizes that need to be trimmed.

It looks like it could be a pretty nice theme, but yeah, definitely needs to be finished first. ;)
