Always good to see a local girl make good....

I remember her name but not her reporting locally. Was she really that tough?

Not that impressive.

That picture shows she has not aged well.  And on a personal basis - a pig.  Did some work on a house she moved out of.  Her dog did a number on the second bedroom like you would not believe.  Don't think that room had ever been cleaned.

I don't share my thoughts because I think it will change the minds of people who think differently.  I share my thoughts to show the people who already think like me that they are not alone.

I think she was better known as a reporter at KOTV, when Clayton Vaughn was her managing editor.
There were a lot of conflicts of interest with local politics, if I recall, yet some things dont change...Isnt KOTV's present "crime reporter" engaged or married to a police officer?
KTUL had an anchor that was married to the TPD PIO for a while, as well.
Sort of makes it hard to think the reporting would be impartial.

Heir, that's sick.

Isn't she related to Inhofe?

Sick?  What's sick?  The statement of fact about her dog's bad potty habits?  Or the look/smell of that room?

Now that you mention it, I think there was a connection - maybe not family, but friend of family?

I seem to remember a Paula Unruh that ran or held office here.

Page Belcher associate.  He was a great guy.  Don't know anything about her, except remember the name.  That was back before the Republicontins had been hijacked.

"WE" are a group of friends that are committed to the complete destruction of a self absorbed narcisist that is Jilda Unruh. Ms. Unruh was left by our good friend Robert when she was abusing drug, alcohol and tried to kill a man by the name of Rick Sisser while he was in the hospital. Not to be outdone by this action which Mr. Sisser sued her and the TV station WPLG, but when her fiancee left her and testified against her in open court, after his spinal surgery, she concocted a story about how she was a victim of domestic violence. She then proceeded to have him arrested after he came out of the hospital and while his only surviving relative - his father - was dying.
Robert was jailed when his dad died, and he sued Jilda - video of which you have from a small portion of her deposition which WE posted 5 years ago. With a better lawyer, and the new deposition that Robert took himself - which you will hear his voice on the video, ALL charges were DROPPED against him.
Jilda then lost her job for being DRUNK on the air, and a COWARD that Jilda was, she FLED Miami to Tulsa where she declared BANKRUPTCY to avoid the lawsuits she was a target of.

We are committed to bringing Jilda Unruh to the JUSTICE that our friend Robert was denied. If you have ANY information on Jilda Unruh, other than the condition that she leaves her residences in when she leaves, and this information could lead to her arrest and conviction, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE file AGAINST her and post here.
Charma is a dish that always seems to catch up to you. She is an EVIL woman that needs to be "neutered" from being the "pitbull in pumps" that everyone referred to her as!

WE forced her out of her $150,000.00 a year job at WPLG into a 7.75 and hour position at Christine Lee's Steakhouse, out of her $300,000.00 condo in Aventura to Tulsa, then into bankruptcy. This is NOT enough

Robert's Dad died, alone, while he languished in a cell because of the friendship she had with the State Attorney Katherine Rundle and her prosecutors that were also her informants.
They wouldn't let Robert out for the funeral - there was NO OTHER family.

The SCUM that Jilda is, should be screamed out from the rooftops

Thank you, for our Friend Robert, and his late father, for your time.

So I'm trying to understand here. She lost a well-paying job, her home, her reputation, and any shred of self-respect and that wasn't enough? If she committed a crime and hasn't been apprehended or prosecuted, I can see going after her. But this reads more like a personal vendetta.

It really sounds like you'd happily turn her over to the Spanish Inquisition.
Ed

May you live in interesting times.

Wow. A response to an almost 3 year old post about a 6 or 7 year old story  that I can't remember why I posted to begin with.
I think it was to another thread about a broadcaster that had passed and a "Where are they now?" thread.

Hope you get resolution to your issues, but sounds like you want to crucify and bury her. Careful, that kind of anger can bite you in the a$$.
