Are there any demographics/statistics of who's committing crime in Tulsa
I know some folks who are under the impression that most (all?) of the crime is being perpetrated by folks of a certain ethnicity.   I'm pretty sure that's crazy talk, that crime is color blind.   Trash is trash.
It'd be nice to be able to back that up with some numbers

You might be surprised at what you find.  You need to start asking the right questions on that issue.

  Are we going to be fair about our crime compilations?  As in, will some guy stealing thousands or millions from a corporation or through gov. graft, or through tax cheating be considered stealing just as much as someone stealing a TV?

I think it's pretty evenly split.  But even then who cares?  A criminal is a criminal no matter their ethnicity.
