I wonder if the cell phone still catches fire from time-to-time?

That does look like the same knife the mayor carries with him.

Only on casual Friday.

It's nice to see the Mayor and his staff getting along so well with the city council.

It seems that the the people did a good job identifying and eliminating some of the problem.

Where's the clip? I'd like to see it...

This is like a half dozen of one item and six of the other. Would not a city manager be like a Mayor anyow? The one thing that I like is cities that combine the county & city into one unit such as Indianapolis. Things seem to work well in Indianapolis.

You could move there but you'd have to learn how to spell it or they might be offended.

City managers are more professional administrators while Mayor's are elected and thus more political and leadership oriented.

Doesn't Fort Worth use a city manager.  You could drive downtown and find out.

I lived in 5 states. Anyhoo,  I don't see the fuss over mayor or manager. What will change or improve for the people of Tulsa under a manager? Tulsa has problems with EMSA billing customers for ER rides when they already paid the Extra tax on the water bill, and no one is sure what can be done. IMO drop the tax and do it like in other cities.
