Can't commit to that date as of yet.  Possibly know by early next week.  That day is sketchy at best for me to even get out for lunch.

Actually, Siegi's has better offerings than many other places.  FAIK, they aren't putting pink salt in their sausages.

I know TTAC won't show up because he's so tight, he won't even pay for the gas to show up for a free lunch.  You can do better.

Pink salt is used in cured sausages (salami, peperoni, et al).  Siegi's does use pink salt (i've bought some from them) but not in fresh sausages (bratwurst, other fresh sausage)
