Pushed back to June this year.

Anyone know of any downtown condo projects that are planned to be SOLD rather than rented? Or, any existing rental units that are planning to be converted to for-sale properties in the near future? We rent downtown at the moment, but would rather own whenever that opportunity arises.

Tribune lofts toyed with it, but I would talk to pfox first.

The ARCO building was slated for ownership, but the Hawkins family couldn't get enough contracts.

Until the mortgage rules change for multi-family projects it is going to be difficult to launch for-sale condos downtown.

So in B'Ville they are redeveloping an old energy research center into senior housing. When I went to the architects website I saw this:

I have never seen renderings of this project that looked like this. Personally I like this way better than the ones in the first reply in this thread.

Anyone know which is more accurate?

I like the more contemporary design that you just showed, but also really do like the "walk-up"/private front areas in the first renderings.  Though not sure if those are porches or what, if they are not, would prefer the more contemporary apartments with the balconies.  Very nice to have at least a little space to sit outside with some friends and have some potted plants lol.
