Akira sushi bar....in Owasso?

Number One Son reports there's a new sushi bar going in near the Delta Cafe.  I did a quick search and found Akira listed in other cities, so perhaps it's a chain restaurant.

The rest of the clan are not sushi fans, so I'll have to try the place myself.

Could this mean that our respectable suburban diners are developing a taste for a wider range of foodstuffs?  The safe choice seems to be Yet Another Mexican Restaurant (YAMR) since we have a bunch.  Well, that and pizza.
