Based on the statment that Gaspar posted I can surmise that Mr Romney put all of his considerable talent and resources towards locating this little girl because she and her father are gay. If they were both straight or Algerian then they would not have required this same focus from Mr Romney.
This is "How Romney helped the Gays"...all of them. I'm certain that all of those gays are all incredibly thankful gays.
