Obama signed the re-authorization of the Export-Import Bank today which he says is "little more than a fund for corporate welfare" and promised to eliminate in 2008.  What? Huh?

The bill offers $1 billion in subsidies for corporate jet "fat cats" as the president calls them.  What? Huh?
