McALESTER — A young woman says she was held against her will at Narconon Arrowhead and had to be rescued by Pittsburg County Sheriffs officers late Thursday night.

I'd be curious how their death rate compares to other rehab clinics & centers around the country.

Any number of things can happen during detox, and suicide is not exactly unheard of in rehab centers.
