They certainly have the right to censor people who want to continue claiming to be associated with their group. In the sense that they can deny them membership in the group, not that they can prevent them from speaking if they choose to do so.

Being a boob, then, is more a state of mind. Baldwin had a run-in with a flight crew too, if I remember right. The next step in this version of Kabuki theater is for him to enter rehab.

Baldwin should slide on this one, he was provoked by a team of paparazzi who went after his wife and child right after he had just returned from the trial of the person convicted of stalking him.
