Darn, it's an extract based brew - I'm strictly grain these days.

I might be able to sub the 2 cans of light malt extract and the pound of dried malt for about 10 pounds of two-row malted barley. Other than that this is exactly what I like, simple without a bunch of fussy ingredients.
