Remember the OHP Officer that choked a Ambulance driver on video and was allowed to take a few weeks off with pay? And then turn right around and assault another man in a neighbors driveway for asking a question?

And the OHP Officer who basicaly caused a Highway tragedy and the Department tried to blame the truck driver and then turned around and named a stretch of Highway after him?

And now we have this one. A Three year old child is dead because of the negligence of a OHP Officer in his own home. A loaded firearm on a night stand and no charges are expected to be filed.

Without a Badge or Uniform. What would you or I expect to have happen to us in these same situations?

Sadly, it depends on how much money we have.  If this happened to a wealthy person, it would be a tragic accident and all the information would be channeled through an attorney.  If it were one of us po' folks, however, we'd be introduced to our new roomie, Cletus, who'd opine that "Ya'll go a purty mouth!"

May you live in interesting times.

They pay hefty dues to unions and associations whose legal teams debrief them before they are allowed to be questioned.

This may be what you were referring to:

A three-year-old boy is dead after he got ahold of a handgun. It happened in Guthrie, at the home of an Oklahoma Highway Trooper, where the little boy was visiting family.

"There was at least one, if not more adults in the home at the time, as well as a couple of other children. It was a normal Saturday morning for them," says Logan County Sheriff's Dept, Capt. Richard Stephens, who urges other families to use caution.

"Tools of any sort can cause injuries, whether it's a hammer that someone left on a shelf, a saw blade, a drill bit, or in this case a handgun," says Capt. Stephens.

And so goes those who seek the Midas touch.  Jefferson emphases, when he was not in the slave trade, that the democratic process easily leads to mob rule. Throughout all history governments of their peers have resorted to rule the populist of the society, to become in the end its master.  The citizens of the mid-east seek to control this thousand year old error.

Maybe reading it in latin:

QuoteEt veniens quaerentium tactus Midae.

and if you translate it back to English:

QuoteAnd coming curry Midas Touch. Jefferson emphasis, when he was not in the slave trade, which easily leads to the democratic process and the rule of the mob. Through all of history, governments have resorted to their peers, to rule the populist of the society, to take place in the end of his master. Citizens seek to control the mid-east, the thousand-year old mistake.

It seems to some in this nation of mixed races, meekly kneeling to the masters that "Corporate America" with the Midas touch (anything they touch turns to gold) is creating for the working poor new masters which are exempt from the rules provided for such working poor.   This Conglomeration sets aside from the preamble of the constitution which dwelled with state rights only to the point where it has driven the working poor in debt holding in jeopardy their ability to survive.

Now if one is making above the $400,000 yearly I don't know what the hell  they would gripe about paying a few more dollars in taxes .

I think anyone making more money than I do shouldn't complain about paying a few more dollars in taxes than they pay now.   ;D

One could surmise that the long arms of the untouchables reached out to help Federal Attorney Duke find a new vocation in a private practice instead of pursuing TPD ongoing Grand jury corruption investigation even from Arkansas.
