91st & Yale.

A Yokozuna and a Keo at the same intersection?

The Yoke will be on the s/w corner where Whole Foods is going. Keo's is going in behind QT on Yale the N/E corner. Ri Le's is on the s/e corner.

Diversity is the way out south!

Ri Le might be the best of all three!

I've seen the signs for Keo.  Which structure will Yokozuna occupy?

Next to Whole Foods on the SW corner.

South end of the lot, West, or the the corner structure?

Edited to add that I'm not sure which structure the Whole Foods will occupy.  I understood which part of the intersection.

Not sure, but I pulled the PUD (can't believe I just said that) on it, and the out-building on the corner seems to be the right SqFt.  I'm sure they have divided the other structures, so it could go towards the South I suppose, but I'm willing to bet it's that front building.  The red arrow is the Whole Foods.

I recall this building was oringially a chain steakhouse in the late 1990s, but folded quickly.  It was later Pearls.

Valverde Ranch Steakhouse. It was actually pretty good.

I hate to say it because I love McNellie's, but I hope they can make it there.  This is one of those doomed locations that lacks visibility and quickly declines in the mind of the consumer because of that.  The location where SoCo's is/was at 81st and Harvard is another such spot.  Nothing, no matter what the business model, can survive there.  McNellies will need to push this spot with events and social media constantly to develop any top-of-mind awareness.  It would be great if they could get some large signage near the street.  Perhaps a blinking neon arrow.

Furr's Cafeteria actually thrived in the SoCo location for at least 10-15 years that I can remember.

I disagree.  McNellie's is its own draw.  White Lion seems to be doing fine.  Rib crib at 81st and Yale seems to be fine.  If it's set up anything like the downtown location, I believe it'll do fine.

As far as "large signage"?  No.

I hope so.  Love me some McNellie's.
