According to the Tulsa County Election Board, Douglas D. Bonebrake, Rob Wright, and J. B. Alexander have filed to run for the city council seat here in Owasso.  I'd gladly help Rob, though I know him only slightly.  I honestly don't know much about Bonebrake, but I learn quickly.  Alexander, however, is a far-right extremist whose ideology trumps any sense of good government. We need someone dedicated to serving the needs of this community rather than pursuing a narrow political agenda.  We already have Charlie Brown and Patrick Ross.  Two Stooges are enough.

I read on Informed Owasso that Rob withdrew from the race. It's the smart move, but it still must hurt.  There was a chance he'd draw enough voters away from Doug Bonebrake to hand the contest to JB Alexander.  Bonebrake is popular and has been a credible mayor.
