Our local resident Downtown City Councilman and all around good guy Blake Ewing. Is being accused of possibly using his Council seat against TPD issues that may come across his desk for approval.

I am not positive. But the high pitched girly voice in the recording sounds a lot like ABLE Commission power hungry boy Erik Smoot. Am I wrong, but wasn't he a Police Officer at one time?
