It seems New York's Weiner is thrusting himself back into the public eye.

This time he is sizing up Bloomberg for a possible challenge.  Bloomberg has greatly weekend his position through his relentless push to make New York a nanny-state city, and he may currently be dangling in the the wind, and susceptible to the stiff competition that a Weiner challenge may offer.  However, it would be unwise to assume that Weiner could mount too much of a challenge, after all, Bloomberg has far more experience under his belt, not to mention money.

Should be interesting to watch these two pound each other on the campaign trail.

That's all I got.

I'm sure Weiner is up for the challenge and won't go flaccid on the campaign trail.

He has a reputation for being a real pill, and that makes him hard to handle.

He will pose some stiff competition. This is just to easy.  ;D

At least he's being up front about it and not trying back-door his way into the race.

He should really consider easing his way back in, otherwise he could end up getting hurt.

I'm also interested in his staff.  Who is still willing to work under this guy?  Seems like it would be a stain on your resume.

Perhaps he has higher aspirations.

He could be Hillary's vice?

So you really think ramming it hard might end up in a premature withdrawal and one hell of a mess to have to clean up in the aftermath?

I just think it may make him come off as a prick.

How much do you want to bet that this is all a publicity stunt to roll out a new tell-all book?

Now all we need to do is work on the title. . .

Dunno about the "short" part I was of the impression he had something in common with Tommy Lee.
