TulsaNow has no political stroke, especially when it comes to dismantling the countless fiefdoms which are staffed via nepotism.

Maybe its the other way around.  I wouldn't ever consider the Oklahoma Legislature to be a dry house.

I spoke to my state rep about the ABLE and the arcane laws and they were not in the least interested in cashing in any political clout to wade in. They made it out to be very Boardwalk Empire.
