Very good news.  I was starting to worry that those lots would never develop.  Hopefully it doesn't do any damage to the Rusty Crane's patio such as poorly placed dumpsters or ac units.  I assume the building just to the north that has been vacant for years is still not spoken for?  Another great location with lots of potential but the building (from the outside at least) looks to be in pretty rough shape.

Tulsa Stadium Trust owns the buildings on Archer from Frankfort to Elgin and on Elgin from Brady to John Hope Franklin.  The building you mention I assume is the building that is partially red sheet metal and was last a bar/music venue?  If so, that is owned by TST.

The site is prime.  I am sure it will attract a tenant.  Not to nitpick, but this site is 100% in Greenwood.  There really is no gray area there.

Great project, looking forward to seeing renderings.

Pfox, any chance there could be a GreenArch Phase II at Elgin & Archer (the old yellow warehouses)?  That would be a cool place for apartments overlooking ONEOK Field.

They've already said that phase II will be right across Greenwood from the current building.

Great!  Phase III then?   Smiley

What's the latest on this project?  This is one of the more exciting projects downtown with such a prime location.
