Smoke coming from top of BOK Tower

I noticed it on my drive in this morning around 6:45. I thought it was just a low cloud (in an otherwise cloudless sky). However, I got to work, where I have a great view on the tower, and it is still smoking.

Weird looking...but looks like low clouds to me. Morning skies/surface observations showing stratus this morning with bases around 700 feet.
