I heard that last night and chuckled. The writers must be giggling as well if they've ever visited here. Or, maybe Holly Refinery is actually a cover.......

I'm guessing they picked Tulsa because it's easy for people to hear the name and believe that anything is here or happens here.

Chandler Bing was sent here and people smoked everywhere in the skyscrapers downtown.  Also, according to him, Tulsa is the Paris of Oklahoma.

Who's going to check anything about Tulsa?
