Looking forward to checking you all out.  I lived behind Jesuit High School when I lived in the city.
It's hard being a Diamond in a rhinestone world.

I usually have some time off (vacation) in December.  I'll be looking forward to some Gumbo.  (I cannot get there during your presently proposed hours when I am working.)

I can't get there either during those hours and I live a few blocks away. I live adjacent to downtown but work in the outskirts (there are many like me in my neighborhood, we play downtown in the evening).

It's been a while since I've consumed a 7-course meal.  Ever bringing in boudin?
I ran from OK about 50-yrs. ago & in 2010 I saw downtown's potential.

Tulsa's in a Phoenix rise, reason enough to stick around.

Besides... you can't fully be an Okie except in Oklahoma.

You're a 1%-er

By that I mean only 1% of the population works as many hours as you.

I doubt that the 9-midnight money is worth the trouble for most owner operated places.

Yeah, but they don't even keep up with special events. All of that traffic comes to us. During the Tulsa Run everyone wanted coffee but nobody was open. So they got a sandwich.

Businesses need to be more aggressive with their hours downtown.

Hello everyone,

We cannot wait to open our doors and serve Tulsa some authentic New Orleans favorites. Our initial hours will be 11am-6pm. Monday-Friday. We will expand to later hours in the future. We are shooting for a early December open. Stay tuned via Facebook and Twitter. www.facebook.com/Lassallesneworleansdeli  @lassallesdeli on twitter.

Can you send me an email at davideinstein@gmail.com?

I agree on the special events.

Lassalle's opened up yesterday.  Stopped by today, and it was very tasty.  Looking forward to more lunches there :D

Fixed it. After all, they're open until 6. Better than closing up at 2, but here's hoping they stay open through dinner, not just to dinner!
Change never happened because people were happy with the status quo.

I talked to the owner the first day when they sold out. I suggested to him that they stay open until at least 8pm. He told me it was just him and his wife. So that's the reason they shut down at 6pm.

I think it's vital things stay open along the Deco Corridor after 5pm. And on Sundays.

They sold out twice opening week and had to shut down early. It is a small space and I believe they are cooking/warming on the same surfaces.

all of the restaurants downtown were packed this weekend before the concerts at BOK and Cains. If Lasalle's had been open it would have been my first choice.
