It's tough for everyone out there right now....  There are a couple of "stay at home" jobs in Tulsa area right now that were specifically written, in exacting detail, for my background and experience.  Between being too old (and a certain amount of blacklisting) - just not happening.  And no, for the cynics (realists?)...it isn't my attitude - this persona is very different from work....


One of the kids has been trying to get on at one of the national laboratories for almost 2 years, too.  Looks like it might actually happen in the next 12 to 18 months....  The economy is good, jobs are less so.

Actually, not stay at home in the classic sense - more like reduced travel - not gone all the time....stay in Tulsa.

That could lead to being able to attend a TulsaNow luncheon...
