Anyone know what is going on at this big warehouse at 4th and Lansing next to the Tulsa American Theatre Company?

I am trying to rent a portion of the old Channel 6 studios.

The article says 1004 E. Fourth St, which 4th and Madison.  Just outside the IDL

True.  The building pictured in the TW article is across the IDL to the East.

They have done a lot of work on the warehouse building at 4th & Lansing.  I drove by earlier, but did not see any signage as to what it is to become.

Yep, I located where the brewery is going.  The one at 4th and Lansing is undergoing lots of work.  Would be nice to know what it going to be there.

This is the Dead Armadillo building

The building at 4th and Lansing has a sign on it that says, "lofts"

I am guessing they are building lofts.

I drove by this morning and didn't see a "lofts" sign.  I did, however, see a "Future Home of Compression Solutions" sign on the fence.

Did a little looking online and at the County Assessor's website. Compression Solutions's current address is owned by the same LLC (KTSM-JPS LLC) that owns the lot with the building under construction and the lot with the parking lot.

Agree.  Actually, surprised someone had the gumption to reuse that building.

Well now we know why they tore down the white painted brick building at 4th and Kenosha. Looks like that lot will be parking for this medical equipment store.

With as "big" of a parking lot as it is, I wonder if they are making space for one or two other shops in the remodeled building.

EDIT - I mean, they did manage to squeeze 4 shops into the new "Blue Dome Market" building on 2nd, between Cincinnati and Detroit, and they look to be similar sizes.
