Kerry gets a pass....he was in India/Pakistan jawboning to keep them from throwing nukes at each other.  I bet we got off with only paying them a couple billion each this time....

Holder is the chief dipstick in charge on this one - he was already there!!  Even if Obama didn't ask him to stay, he is at a level where he should have taken the initiative no matter what the other members of the clown show were doing.

Are you telling us that the unity rally attended by millions was a clown show, or just the Obama administration. No matter, here are some of the world leaders that attended.

QuoteWorld leaders joined French President Francois Hollande, including British Prime Minister David Cameron, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy. The day also brought together an unlikely duo at the rally: Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

"World leaders" apparently does not mean anyone above the rank of "ambassador" as far as the U.S. goes. But who cares, right? I mean, it's not like the world came to the United States' side after 9/11.

I had hoped this latest terrorist attack would have unified the world, and the unity rally appeared to demonstrate something unique-especially with Israel and Palestinian Authority both being there. Here's another article discussing the rally.

Um, did you forget you used to bash Obama? I mean, before tribal party loyalty required you to look beyond all his faults you pointed out he had BEFORE Hillary lost the 2008 primary. Memory lane...

Do you want more?
Political aspirations can cause people to choose strange bedfellows. You can indeed be against something before you are for it.

I think that there are some though, who did not like Obama at first, but only after seeing him in action, found him to be a great leader, truly transformative and uniting.

Back to the subject. . .
It seems my initial hypothesis may hold true. The White House is now claiming that the president was never notified of the gathering. I suspect we will eventually learn that, outside of intelligence service reporting, neither was the White House.

As president it must be frustrating to have to rely on civilian news organizations for intelligence.

The Obama clown show...

Just because I attack the predecessor for being even worse, I don't like Obama any more than that previous Clown Show!   Note the relative differences shown by the capital letters....

I don't share my thoughts because I think it will change the minds of people who think differently.  I share my thoughts to show the people who already think like me that they are not alone.

You mean like how the Republicontins were all in favor of the Affordable Care act concept, especially when Mitt actually implemented it first at the state level in MA....?

But then, when the Dems agreed that it was a good idea....  well, you know the rest - we have a thread on it here!

I think it's called something like "Defending yourself against something the Repubs started, but then went against when Obama and Dem Congress got it to work..."

I have got to know. What is it like up Obama's whatever?

I never mentioned anyone.  I asked "Do you honestly give a rat'sass this time or are you just bitching because you consider it opportune?"

Okay. For some strange reason since I saw your post underneath a quoted post of mine you were speaking to me.

Which administration is not a clown show, notwithstanding the capitalization?

Most are.  Gerald Ford was the last one that wasn't.  Terribly sad for the country that he was not elected for his own terms!

Apparently not!

U-S Secretary of State Kerry brings James Taylor to Paris...he sings "You've Got a Friend" at news conference.

♫ Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, all you got to do is call.
And I'll be there sometime next week maybe¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ♫

Oh, Lord this is uncomfortable to watch.

John Kerry sways gently, as he sings the words and makes purposeful eye-contact with each French leader.

The sentiment is good, but it was just such a goofball way to do that...!   Almost painful to watch.  Except for the James Taylor part - always good to see him.

Kerry presenting French president Hollande with his totally killer mixtape was a nice touch.

Kerry is a 'lone wolf' in this, since most of the US (you know which side) still pretty much hates the French.  Oh, well...

Rumor is that Kerry will dispatch Michael Bolton to Syria next.
