Development at former Grand Selections spot?

Walked by the location just south of 3rd and Main today.  The building was gutted a few months back and it looks like there is a permit in the window now.  Anyone have info on what might be going in there?

I know the building owner pulled out the kitchen and the walk in so I would be surprised if its going to be a restaurant unless they have deep pockets.
