Looking out my window today I noticed the lot has been cleared for the American Residential 160-220 unit build out.

It's been mostly cleared out for at least a couple weeks now. Did they finally get the building on the back part of the lot taken out as well? I wasn't sure if that was part of this or not, but I was assuming it had to be to fit 160+ units in.

The building on the SE corner of the lot is all that remains.
