F&M Bank - Groundwork is continuing at 71st & Harvard.

Valley National Bank - New HQ under construction at 81st & Yale

IBC Bank - New branch under contruction at 101st & Riverside

New Strip mall @ 81st & Memorial is well under construction

New strip mall planned for 71st & Sheridan

Smokey Bones (on 71st, East of Memorial) is built, but not open yet.

Tony Romas (on 71st, just east of smokey bones) is not famous for ribs anymore as it shut down.

Logan's Roadhouse (formerly Tias on 71st, east of memorial) is built and now hiring.

Elephant Bar (formerly gradys on memorial, north of 71st) is now open featuring a standard menu plus asian-pacific specialities.

Salvation Army thrift is soon to be under construction on 71st, east of Garnett.

Spot Not car wash on 71st east of memorial has been torn down to make way for a jewelry store.
