I never heard where they went once the Hartford building fell through. Did I miss this somewhere? This seems like a good location.

TU to locate Oxley College of Health Sciences downtown:

It is a weird spread out thing really... some classes on TU campus. Some at OU Scheusterman. And then this clinic and space downtown.

They tried to get the Hartford building. Then they tried to get the school across from Bama. Guess this is plan #3?

I did not hear that it was in the works until this mornings announcement. Glad to see that building being used by a stable tenant.

Hopefully over time they will buy the building a develop a whole campus on that end of downtown. The south end of downtown really is the most neglected area anymore.

They can put a rotating TU on the roof.

It still wouldn't compete with all the massive OSU signs around downtown.

4 signs in like a 4 square mile area? that's not a lot of signs. Especially since those are three completely separate institutions (Hospital, Medical School, College)

Gauntlet thrown down:
(in case you're wondering, that is 3 double-sided signs (so 6 total) and 6 more signs on the building. 12 signs for one building.

I snapped a picture of the blue University of Tulsa sign at the top of the building the other night, but it is a horrible picture.  Nonetheless, it appears the building is occupied.
