Any idea when the city plans to fix this?
It's had cones around it for two weeks.

Also, speaking of 1st street,
Why does it take days to remove festival road/lane closure signage from Hartford east?
You never know what is actually closed because the signs are up so often and for so long.

It took them three months to move all of the signs from Mayfest at 6th and Main... I'm sure its on the list of things to do.  :-\

The signs/barricade are Lot Maintenance, not the City.

Since 1st street is a main entrance into downtown and has development on-going along it, it seemed appropriate here.
Nothing like cruising into downtown to see what's new and having eight different construction signs saying four different things and with only one of those things still be accurate.

I'm sure business leaders and potential developers in town are impressed that we can keep old beat up cones propped up around pothole for 18 days as well.
