The grand opening of 36 degrees North was today. I stopped by this morning when I was downtown for a meeting. Really neat space, seems to be well utilized already based on the signs net to most of the office spaces. The space is finished similar to the way i2E is finished, but larger and obviously with more work spaces.

Large entry way leads immediately to a 12 -16 person conference room, past that is an open space with some quirky areas, an open break area, and rows of tables for an open work space (36 work spaces, maybe, with room for a couple monitors and some paperwork. Smaller than a standard office desk). Around the center work spaces are ~20 offices lining the walls, with glass walls. Each probably 200 to 500 square feet. Also along the outside wall there is an open space for lectures (seats ~50), some meeting rooms, and a copy room. Tucked away there are also video conference rooms, a wood paneled room for photo ops or filming, and a shower room.

Worth walking through to see.. I hope it does well and continues to bring new life to downtown and new businesses to Tulsa.

(I'm not being lazy, I looked for decent pictures and couldnt find any that reflect the way it looks today!)

My wife's alternative transit business, MotherRoad Travel, is an anchor tenant. Really neat space. Great addition to the Brady District. And should help increase collaboration among local entrepreneurs and startup companies. As designed, it will be the hub of the Tulsa entrepreneurial scene.
