Checked the Oklahoma Secretary of State and found nothing under that (or similar names).

The Tulsa library has old business directories, they are scanned online by the indexing is iffy.  But you can't dig up anything else, that's where I'd go. (assuming you are concluding it is/was a local business)

Checked my trusty 1971 Tulsa phone book and there was no listing for Kayce's.
