Tulsa Tough and Crybaby Hill

Barriers will be installed on Crybaby Hill this year for the first time. Crowds have steadily increased each year and it's become dangerous for the bike racers. I expect the barriers will make the area impassable for pedestrians as the crowd will be gridlocked. I'm not planning to attend.

I think, or hope, this will start thinning out the grunge factor of CBH.  The last few years we were in Tulsa it was a total shitshow.  Even going uphill to pick up assets for SFTT an hour after the event it was still a disaster.  I'm also curious how much longer the residents there are going to be good sports about the event.
