36N has finally broken ground. This will be over 500 units to replace Comanche park. https://www.kjrh.com/news/local-news/north-tulsas-been-under-resourced-affordable-housing-project-to-break-ground

Tulsa has definitely made some great strides with affordable housing lately. Between this and the West Tulsa redevelopment projects I believe we must have added around a 1,000 units in recent years. Western Supply will add some much needed workforce housing as well soon.

Huge project for the north side, one of the biggest investments there in decades.  I like this design better than River West.

This looks to be a really cool project.  Hopefully, it will spark some investment along the newly redesigned 36th Street North.
