My church in BA assumed that there were 40-50,000 hispanics that were not actually registered in Tulsa (making it about 80,000 total). I thought they were just exaggerating, but of course the church was trying to help out their community. Now it has been confirmed. That means that over 20% of the city is Hispanic (or 10% if they are including the metro area). Check it out.
