Owasso's Latest Huge Retail Development? + Theator

The Blaksley Group has posted their master plan for The New Garrett Creek Center on their web site.  It shows another huge retail center with over 600,000 sqft.  It will include the previously announced Reasor's.  Plus it is rumored to have just signed a Best Buy, Olive Garden and Red Lobster.  The Plan also show a new Movie theater.  
It is planned to be built in 4 Phases.
