STCC vs IVI Group Court Hearing...

On October 25th,2005 at                      1:30 PM in Room 708 of the
Tulsa County Courthouse                      (500 S. Denver)
Judge                      Rebecca Brett Nightingale will hear oral arguments on the
County's Motion to Dismiss STCC's lawsuit.  The judge will most likely rule at this hearing on whether or not STCC's lawsuit should proceed or
be dismissed.
