Replacement Stylus for Turntable?

Is there any store left in Tulsa that still sells replacement stylus (needles) for hi-fi turntables?  I have a Yamaha P-25 direct drive turntable circa 1983 that has served me magnificently for the past 22 years, but I need to replace the diamond stylus.  Last time I bought one, it was a fairly common Audio-Technica or Pfanstiehl replacement.  Any stores in Tulsa still provide these to us vinyl fans?  Thanks.
